1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their order only before the product has been shipped. Once an order is processed or dispatched from our facility, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cancellation requests must be made immediately by contacting our support team through phone or email. Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing timeline.

Elaraa Luxes reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification failure, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:

Damaged Product Received
If the jewellery item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video proof.

Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what was ordered, we will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

Missing Item in Order
In rare situations where items are missing from the package, customers must report the issue immediately for investigation.

Products must remain unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags intact to qualify for refund processing.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen display variations.
  • Damage caused due to improper handling, exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals.
  • Products returned without original packaging or signs of usage.
  • Requests raised after the allowed reporting period.

As imitation jewellery products require hygiene and quality maintenance, strict inspection guidelines are followed.

4. Return Process

Customers must contact Elaraa Luxes support team with order details, reason for return, and required proof images/videos. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Returned products must be securely packed to prevent transit damage. Elaraa Luxes reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality inspection.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

After the returned product is received and inspected successfully, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The credited amount may take additional time depending on bank or payment provider processing policies.

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged instead of refunded, depending on stock availability. Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Replacement shipping timelines may vary based on product availability.

7. Shipping Charges & Refunds

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is approved due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered by Elaraa Luxes. Return shipping responsibility will be communicated during the approval process.
